In his latest report on the Sahara, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Monday to members of the UN Security Council his intention to relaunch the process of negotiations on the basis of realism and compromise with new momentum and new spirit in order to reach a mutually acceptable political solution to the Sahara issue, in accordance with Security Council resolutions.
