During this meeting, Corcas chairman gave his hosts a presentation on the latest developments in the conflict over the Sahara and its different stages.
Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid highlighted the contribution of Sahrawis in the conception of the autonomy project, which was proposed by the Council and presented by the Kingdom in 2007 to the United Nations.
It is this project which gave rise to the launch of political negotiations under the aegis of the UN and it is also this project which was hailed by the international community as being a courageous Moroccan initiative, before being cited by all UN resolutions as being realistic and credible.
Dr. Maouelainin Ben Khallihenna Maouelainin, CORCAS Secretary General and member Moulay Ahmed Mghizlat attended this meeting.
