Mr. Clotas i Cierco, also president of the National Council of Catalan Socialist Party (PSC), who met Tuesday, Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid, chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (Corcas), at the headquarters of the Council, led a Catalan parliamentary delegation, visiting Morocco.

During this visit, which began on February 10 and until 14, the Catalan parliamentary delegation has had several meetings with parliamentarians and Moroccan politicians. 

At the meeting with the Socialist Group in the House of Representatives, Mr. Clotas i Cierco stressed the need to put an end to the conflict over the Sahara in order to enable the region achieve development and economic growth.
