Algeria, through its stubborn refusal to allow a census of the population of the Tindouf camps on its territory, in defiance of all international resolutions, and its complicity with polisario militias, is entirely responsible for the diversion of humanitarian aid intended for the said camps, stressed, Wednesday in Geneva, the Moroccan delegation participating in the 78th meeting of the Standing Committee of the High Commissioner's Programme (UNHCR).
