Following two decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in 2015 and 2016 on the association agreement and the Morocco-EU agricultural agreement the Luxembourg court objected July 2018 to Polisario's appeal for annulment of fishing agreement concluded in 2013 and which has just expired.
