The Crans Montana Forum "will be held in Dakhla, Morocco," said Friday in Rabat, president of this prestigious institution, Jean-Paul Carteron, noting that attacks by opponents of the territorial integrity of Morocco are part of the "buzz". "Obviously we're in Dakhla, Morocco," said Mr. Carteron at a press conference in Rabat for the presentation of this forum and its program, welcoming the "huge" efforts made by Morocco for the development of this city, "one of the most beautiful parts of the world."
