 Pre- insurrectional climate in Polisario camps in Tindouf  1/28/2014
A pre- insurrectional climate is settling in Tindouf camps where Polisario separatists are based in south- western Algeria, reported Monday « Le Courrier Stratégique » a magazine based in Paris, specializing in strategic issues.

A report by the International Center for Terrorism Studies, under US think tank Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, submitted Friday in Washington, urged the dismantling of the “Polisario militia and freeing populations in captivity in the Tindouf camps which have become a hotbed for Al Qaeda recruiters and traffickers.”
