The US NGO "Teach the Children International" addressed Wednesday the High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Human Rights Watch ( HRW) and Amnesty International (AI ) about their "deafening silence " regarding violent repression by Polisario of uprisings of sequestered people in Tindouf camps in Algeria.
