The chairman of the Moroccan –European Union friendship group in the European parliament Mr. Gilles Pargneaux , made a statement on Thursday that « the jurisdiction of Morocco over the Sahara is not contested, neither by the UN nor by the EU and its members »

A group of young sahraouis has exhorted in an appeal published on Wednesday the international community to give an importance of the overtaking and the exaction of which the populations of tindouf are victims: slavery, nepotism, corruption torture and pursuit in justice of innocent people, and the enrichment of the Polisario’s officials at the expenses of the sequestered sahraouis

The international committee for the respect and application of African charter of human rights and people has again discussed the case of two citizens Mustapha ould sidi mouloud and the artist Najem allal , reminding the UN council for human rights of the fact that they have been both denied the right for freedom of expression, knowing that they are victims of having expressed opinions which do not go along with the despotic line of the Polisario separatists

The Moroccan foreign affairs minister Mr taib fassi Fihri has reiterated Monday on the UN headquarters , “ morocco’ full commitment to follow and intensify the negotiations process in order to reach a mutual political and acceptable solution to the regional conflict concerning the Moroccan Sahara, on the basis of the Moroccan autonomy initiative”

Participants in a meeting organized on Thursday by the UN Human rights council ,where the royal consultative council for Saharan affairs was represented by Mr. Ahmed M’ghizlat have considered that the autonomy project offers a fitting solution to solve the Sahara dispute, and put an end to the human tragedy, and the refusal of the rights of populations sequestered in Tindouf camps
