Chairman of the European People's Party: Moroccan proposal "good and brave"

The chairman of the Royal Consultative Council for Saharan Affairs, Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid received Tuesday at the Council headquarters in Rabat, a delegation of MEPs, led by Mr Joseph Daul, Chairman of the European People's Party (EPP) at the European Parliament who is paying his first visit to Morocco.

A group of 17 Moroccans of Sahrawi origins, including two women and two children, fled the camps of Tindouf, south-west Algeria, and returned to their motherland, Morocco.

 New group of thirteen youngsters flee Tindouf camps to join homeland  3/31/2010

A group of 13 youngsters, including two women, fled the camps of Tindouf, southwestern Algeria to join their motherland, Morocco.The returnees, aged between 22 and 29, recounted the inhumane life conditions they endured under the grip of the polisario, along with their fellow Sahrawis who found themselves sequestered in the camps.
