The closing ceremony of the event was marked by the signing of two partnership agreements.

The first agreement aims at the encouragement of investment and promotion of cultural links between the region of Dakhla and the Canary Islands, organizing visits for economic operators from the two countries to enable them to exchange their expertise.

The partnership agreement also provides for the holding of working meetings for the benefit of businessmen to enter into agreements and conventions in the economic sector, and the organization of training sessions to strengthen exchange of knowledge and expertise in the field of investment.

This agreement also covers the strengthening of cooperation in scientific research in the economic and social fields and the creation of a coordination and communications office to accompany investors on both sides.

The second agreement aims to promote cooperation and partnership to promote cultural and social exchange. This agreement aims to strengthen the means of cooperation between Morocco and Spain in general and between Canary Islands and southern provinces in particular through promotion of socio-cultural strengths, in addition to organizing visits for actors working in these areas.
