Navi Pillay: CESE report on human rights in Sahara region "lays foundation for a real opening" 5/30/2014
The High Commissioner of the United Nations for Human Rights, Navi Pillay, said Wednesday in Rabat that the report on the effectiveness of human basic economic, social , cultural and environmental rights in the southern provinces , prepared by the Economic , social and Environmental Council (CESE ) , " lays the groundwork for a real opening ."
