The Republic of Liberia opened a consulate general in Dakhla on Thursday during an inauguration ceremony co-chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans residing abroad, Nasser Bourita, and his Liberian counterpart, Gbehzohngar Findley.
