 Malian FM Says Moroccan Autonomy Plan 'Serious and Credible'  4/6/2018
Malian Foreign Minister Tiéman Hubert Coulibaly said, Thursday in Rabat, that "the autonomy project has been deemed serious and credible by several UN resolutions", adding that "it is appropriate to continue in this way to resolve this dispute amicably, with no clashes or violence".

The relocation of any "polisario" facility, be it civil, military, administrative, or of any kind or nature whatsoever, from the Tindouf camps in Algeria, to the East of the security structure in the Moroccan Sahara, "constitutes a casus belli", warned permanent representative of Morocco to the United Nations, ambassador Omar Hilale in a letter sent, Sunday, to president of the Security Council, Gustavo Meza-Cuadra.
