The Chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of Dahir number 1.06.81, issued on 24 Safar 1427, corresponding to 25 March 2006 on the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, announced that the second regular session of the Council for 2008 will be held on 26 and 27 Dou Lhija 1429, corresponding to 25 and 26 December 2008 in Rabat.

Two points are on the agenda:

- "Education sector in the South"
- "Good governance and response to the dishonest exploitation of human rights”
