The Spanish  Foreign affairs minister Mr  Miguel Angel Moratinos reiterates during a meeting with the secretary general’ personal envoy to the Sahara ‘ the total support of his country to the  approach of Mr Ross in order to reach a political , just and durable solution   mutually accepted” by parties concerned within the framework of the principles of the United nations.

 The discussion; as mentioned in a statement by the Spanish foreign affairs ministry has dealt with “the main questions concerning the Sahara issue”, and particularly “the preparation of an informal third round”, measures aiming at strengthening trust between parties” and “perspectives opened after the adoption by the UN security council on the 30th April of the resolution 1920 in relation with the renewal of the  MINURSO’s mandate.
