 The Netherlands Affirms Autonomy under Moroccan Sovereignty Most Feasible Solution to Sahara Dispute  12/8/2025
As part of the international momentum created under the impetus of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, in support of Morocco’s sovereignty over its Sahara and the Autonomy Plan, the Netherlands affirmed that “genuine autonomy under Moroccan sovereignty is the most feasible solution to definitely put an end to the regional dispute.”
  


 GCC Supreme Council Reaffirms Morocco's Sovereignty over Sahara Welcomes UNSC Resolution 2797  12/5/2025
In a statement adopted following the 13th High-Level Meeting, held on Thursday in Madrid, Spain praised the United Nations Security Council resolution 2797, adopted on October 31, 2025, which emphasizes that genuine autonomy under Moroccan sovereignty is the most feasible solution to resolve the Moroccan Sahara issue.

The Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council for the Arab States (GCC) reaffirmed on Wednesday in Manama Morocco's sovereignty over the Sahara and its support for the Autonomy Initiative to resolve the issue of the Moroccan Sahara.

Niger welcomed on Tuesday the adoption by the UN Security Council of historic Resolution 2797, which enshrines, within the framework of Moroccan sovereignty, the autonomy plan proposed by the Kingdom as a serious, credible, and lasting basis for achieving a solution to the issue of the Moroccan Sahara.
  


 Burkina Faso Reiterates Firm Support for Morocco's Territorial Integrity  12/3/2025
Burkina Faso reiterated Tuesday its firm and unwavering support for the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco, while welcoming the adoption by the UN Security Council of historic Resolution 2797, which enshrines, within the framework of Moroccan sovereignty, the autonomy plan proposed by the Kingdom as a serious, credible, and lasting basis for reaching a solution to the issue of the Moroccan Sahara.
